Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Connelly will attend next month's (FEB07) Academy Awards ceremony alone, because her husband Paul Bettany will be too busy filming.

Connelly will attend the prestigious Los Angeles to support her new movie BLOOD DIAMOND in the Best Picture category, but THE DA VINCI CODE star Bettany will be shooting INKHART in England.

He says, "I just don't have time to go over for the Academy Awards. I'm going to be too busy working on my next film."

Bettany plays a mysterious character called DUSTFINGER in the forthcoming children's fantasy adventure.
